Think back to your middle school years… Or maybe don’t—if they bring up memories of braces, bad haircuts, and that unforgettable locker room smell no amount of deodorant could fix.
 
Whether those years were good or awkward (or both), they were some of the most formative when it came to shaping who you were becoming. The people you surrounded yourself with and the content you consumed, whether in real life, online, or on social media, played a big role in forming your character.
 
This episode, Erich Erdman dives into Psalm 1 together, we’ll see that the same is true for what we might call the “spiritual middle schooler.” This stage of faith—spiritual adolescence—is a key time for growth.
